Chicago, Illinois: Aspiring singers across the Chicago area are being offered a unique opportunity to showcase their talent and perform before one of India’s most celebrated playback singers, Suresh Wadkar, through a special competition organized by Aarush Entertainment.
The contest, titled “Sing for a Legend,” is being held in conjunction with “Safarnama Live in Chicago,” a musical evening featuring Suresh Wadkar that is scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center, 150 E Wood Street, Palatine, Illinois.
According to the organizers, participants are required to submit a 60 to 90-second singing video for evaluation. The competition is open to aspiring vocalists who wish to showcase their talent and gain exposure on a major stage.
One of the highlights of the contest is that every registered participant will receive one complimentary concert ticket to attend the live event. In addition, contestants will have the opportunity to be recognized as part of the promotional activities surrounding the show.
The winner of the competition will receive an exclusive package that includes:
