Edmonton, Alberta – The Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is asking for the public’s help in locating 18-year-old Ryleigh Mlynarchuck, who has been reported missing.
According to police, Ryleigh was last seen at approximately 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026, after being dropped off at the Clareview Community Recreation Centre in northeast Edmonton.
Ryleigh is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, with a thin build and dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, jean shorts, tie-dye socks, and white shoes, and was carrying a teal green bag and lunch kit. Police say she also has a tattoo on her right shoulder.
Investigators are particularly concerned for Ryleigh’s wellbeing as she requires regular medication and is believed to be without access to a cellphone or bank cards. Her family and police say her disappearance is out of character.
Ryleigh is known to use public transit and frequently visits the Clareview Community Recreation Centre, businesses along 137 Avenue, and the Fraser and Belmont neighbourhoods.
The Edmonton Police Service is urging anyone who may have seen Ryleigh or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
